Cha-Cha-Cha- CHIA!

Have you tried any of the fun Chia recipes out there yet? These tiny black seeds (pronounced Chee-a)are full of goodness! High in Omega-3’s which fight disease, as well as fiber which keeps you satisfied, they are easy to find in local grocery and health food stores. These small but mighty seeds also help keep teeth and bones strong since they are high in calcium. We add Chia seeds to all our Noshbar flavors, and they are easily added to smoothies and oatmeal for extra nutrients. This recipe for Chia Pudding is one of our favorites and so easy to make! We keep a few small jars in our fridge for a quick and healthy grab and go breakfastšŸ˜Š. some of our schedules get busier in the Fall, this is one way to ensure healthy eating on the go!
So, enjoy the season and #eatclean!

3 1/2 C almond, hemp or coconut milk
1/2 C Chia seeds
3 T Pure maple syrup
2 T oats
2 T cocoa powder
Dash of salt and sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix well in a large bowl.
Pour into 2 small mason jars, refridgerate overnight.
