It’s really about you. Spending the morning meeting people and seeing old friends is what makes this “job” so special. As we meet more and more of you at the Farmers Markets while you are out looking for yummy things to eat, it’s always amazing when someone tastes a Noshbar sample for the first time and we hear a resounding “oh my! that’s so goooood!” That’s what we love to hear:)
Quality face-to-face time with you, our valued customers is so vital to us and our business. That’s a big part of why we have not ventured into retail quite yet. We would lose that lovely component of local delivery of our small-batch, locally handmade tasty energy bars. I happen to love driving across town to someone’s house and hoping they are home as I leave them with some Noshbars and a smile on their face. The quick conversation that happens at that time keeps me smiling as I drive away.
We are happy to provide you with a clean and healthy snack option. It does not hurt that our bars are gluten-free and made without processed sugars, soy or dairy as well. Just good clean fun! There are lots of “not-so-good-for-you” options available at the markets, and that’s just fine. There are times when a Greek pastry or some sweet lemonade really hits the spot.
